EXTENDED ABSTRACT: This report is based on the standardization of data and data modeling in the battery manufacturing process. It establishes manufacturing quality for the production of power battery cells. A vertical closed-loop optimization is created based on equipment control, while a horizontal closed-loop optimization is established based on the integration of the entire battery manufacturing process. The ultimate goal is to achieve data-driven extreme manufacturing of power battery cells.

Rukun Yang, a researcher and an expert at the international IEC/TC23/SC23K, as well as an expert on three domestic Technical Committees (TCs), currently serves as the Chairman of Shenzhen Geesun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and is a Ph.D. candidate in Innovative Leading Engineering at Tsinghua University. Over the past 38 years, he has been deeply engaged in the research of core technologies such as mechanical manufacturing, robotics, automatic control theory, and intelligent battery manufacturing. He enjoys special allowances from the State Council and the Guangdong Provincial Government, is recognized as a "Special Support Talent" in Guangdong Province and a "HighLevel Talent" in Shenzhen, and has received honors such as the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
