Research and Development of dielectrics driven by data and intelligent algorithms

EXTENDED ABSTRACT: Dielectric capacitors have the advantages of high power density, etc., and become the basic components of the electronic information industry and the core components of high-energy pulse systems. However, due to the unclear mechanism of the structure-activity relationship and the complex influencing factors, the research and development of high-energy-density dielectric materials is slow and the performance is difficult to break through. Therefore, the author developed the research and development mode of dielectric materials driven by "high throughput phase field calculation + intelligent algorithm", put forward the research idea of "mechanism analysis-intelligent design-directional experiment", built an intelligent research and development platform integrating material composition-structure-performance, revealed a variety of key mechanisms, optimized and screened a series of new material systems. Finally, the theoretical design efficiently guides the precise design of directional experiments to achieve a significant improvement in energy storage performance.
