EXTENDED ABSTRACT: Since its establishment in 2011, CATL has become a leader in the global power battery and energy storage markets, ranking first in the world for seven consecutive years and three years respectively. Starting from 2022, CATL has promoted digital transformation and put forward four strategic ideas: base modernization, data transparency, process automation and scenario intelligence. Based on the four strategic ideas, CATL has built a Cloud Intelligence Integrated Base based on super-intelligent computing and high-throughput integrated computing, and has laid out six major middle platforms for technology, AI, knowledge, data, security and productivity. It has actively promoted the implementation of process governance and data governance, and proposed N intelligent scenarios such as smart factories, intelligent manufacturing and sustainable development for internal and external objects such as markets, functions, supply chains, B-ends and C-ends, and has achieved remarkable results so far. CATL's digital construction will helping the company move forward steadily on the path of sustainable development and contributing to achieving the carbon neutrality goal of core operations and value chain.
